Intel Ultrabook Case Study
To promote Intel's UltrabookTM product series, Intel launched the " UltrabookTM Excited Temptations" campaign at Dubai Mall and Gitex 2012. As part of the campaign, Intel approached Belong Interactive to create buzz and awareness about the campaign through their Facebook platform. The main objective of the campaign was to create buzz and engage the Facebook community.
The Excited Temptations campaign was an outdoor campaign geared towards engaging shoppers at malls and exhibitions. The challenge for Belong Interactive was to effectively adapt the idea to a digital activation that would create excitement and at the same time increase the number of posts and likes on Intel UAE's Facebook page.
Belong Interactive developed a Facebook application that enabled users to capture a photo of excitement through their web camera. The photos were then published by the users on their Facebook page. The goal was to earn the most number of likes and shares. Judges at Intel selected the most excited users and rewarded them with an UltrabookTM
As an extension of the excitement campaign, Belong Interactive also developed a Facebook game to promote their upcoming products.
